Staying in York to see the Christmas lights and randomly stopped in here for an early dinner. Our meal was wonderful! Home cooking flavors, relaxing diner vibe, and excellent service. The kids had burgers, my father and I had the meatloaf and mashed potato's, and we both also had the white bean/ham soup. Everything tasted fresh and was served hot! Fantastic service, tasty food and plenty of seating! Highly recommend!!

Food is Very Tasty, the service is great, always polite and smiling. We have been there for breakfast and dinner. Never had any problems. Restaurant has always been clean, I can only speak for ladies room, it has always been clean also.

The sweet potato soup tasted like creamy, yummy goodness, with roasted pecans on top. Roasted chicken placed on a bed of stuffing, covered in gravy with steak fries, oh my goodness. Moist, tender chicken, stuffing with nice big chunks of celery, and steak fries which were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, plus pickled red beets which taste like they came right from an Amish market. They also have PA wine and beer. Service was exceptional. All this amazing food for around $14! This is not your average diner.

This restaurant is one of the best. We love it. The servers are excellent and smile all the time. The food is good and the restaurant is clean.

Best breakfast place in the county!!! Bar none! Best staff, great food that tastes like home and doesn't break the bank!! Our Sunday morning staple! You won't be disappointed. The wait is worth it!!!!

You can't best this diner for a terrific breakfast- at any time of day! My Western omelette with cheddar was scrumptious and the home fries are yum! DH had the breakfast sampler- 2 eggs any style, bacon, sausage, ham, a biscuit with terrific sausage gravy and home fries! The service is good, the place is clean, and the prices are right.

Love this family restaurant in York, Pennsylvania! Great service, reasonable prices, delicious meal offerings, and cozy decor. Cathy is a top-notch server, attentive to her customers and makes smart recommendations. My friend and I both started with a cup of Italian Wedding Soup that was so tasty, my friend took a container home for a few meals. The soup was full of homemade meatballs and had the right balance of spices. I enjoyed a Greek salad LOADED with two of my favorite ingredients--feta cheese and olives. House Greek dressing hits the spot! I had enough salad to take some home to share. The seating is comfortable here, and you do not feel rushed. Refills on your beverage were our server's natural inclination, and we felt welcome. We'll be back soon to this restaurant that is easily accessible from Market Street shopping and the York Galleria.
